What if I am unsure of my destination and dates?

That’s ok! You can browse our app without penalty: no deposits are due until the time of booking. Be aware, though, that nothing is booked until you have made a deposit.

How do I know if my items are booked?

You will receive all travel documents to the email address provided on your account within 24 hours of booking. Please “Contact Us” if you have booked your trip but have not received your travel documents.

What documents do I get when I book?

You will receive electronic copies of your flight tickets, hotel confirmations, tour confirmations, and itemized itinerary within 24 hours of booking. Please “Contact Us” if you have booked your trip but have not received your travel documents.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy for each item (flights, hotels, tours) is listed when booking each item. Thrive will adhere to the individual cancellation policies listed by each item. Please note that your entire trip may not be 100% refundable, as each item may have a different cancellation policy. Your trip is 100% non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of travel. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip.
